Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
South Africa: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs processing in your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.
International Shipping
Turtle Shell.co ships worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Turtle Shell.co cannot guarantee redelivery or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Turtle Shell.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged package and product.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
