At Turtle Shell.co we move differently. Every piece is crafted with precision and intention. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be in its original condition

The item must include original packaging and tags

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Worn items

Washed garments

Custom or limited edition pieces

Items damaged by misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately with:

your order number

clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
